Membership Plans

Our membership plans offer exclusive discounts on services and products for a fixed annual or monthly fee. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Eligibility

Membership is available to all clients aged 18 and above. One membership per person applies.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits include service discounts, product discounts, and any additional perks listed under the specific plan at the time of purchase. Benefits are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

Duration and Renewal

• Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (typically 12 months).
• Memberships will not auto-renew unless specifically opted into.
• You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your membership expires.

Discounts

• Membership discounts apply to the standard price of services and products.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or coupons unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts do not apply to packages, gift cards, or retail products already on sale.

Suspension and Cancellation

• Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
• Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Transferability

Membership benefits are strictly personal and cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person.

Expiry

Expired memberships lose all associated discounts and benefits immediately. Unused benefit credits do not carry over upon expiry.

Changes to Membership Plans

We reserve the right to modify membership plans and pricing. Existing members will retain their current benefits until the end of their membership period, after which new terms may apply.
