Package Policy

Service Packages

Our service packages allow you to purchase multiple sessions of specific services at a bundled price, offering savings compared to individual bookings.

Purchase and Activation

• Packages are activated from the date of purchase.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Package details (included services, validity, number of sessions) are confirmed at the point of sale.

Validity

• Each package has a validity period specified at the time of purchase (typically 90 days).
• Sessions must be used within the validity period. Expired sessions are forfeited.
• Validity periods cannot be extended except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Booking with a Package

• Package sessions are subject to appointment availability.
• Please inform us at the time of booking that you wish to use a package session.
• Package sessions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed appointments.

Cancellation of Package Sessions

• A booked package session follows the same cancellation rules as a regular appointment.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as used.
• No-show sessions will be counted as used (see No-Show Policy).

Refunds

• Packages are non-refundable once any session has been redeemed.
• Unused packages may be eligible for a partial refund within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used, subject to an administration fee.

Non-Transferability

Packages are personal and cannot be transferred to another person, shared, or sold.

Service Availability

In the event that a specific service included in your package is discontinued, we will offer a comparable substitute service of equal or greater value.

Upgrades

Package sessions can be upgraded to a higher-tier service at any time by paying the price difference at the time of the appointment.
