No-Show Policy

Policy on missed appointments and associated charges.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

What is a No-Show?

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not contact us to cancel or reschedule beforehand.

No-Show Charges

When a no-show occurs, our team members and resources are reserved but go unused. To cover this cost:

  • First no-show: A fee equal to 50% of the booked service value may be charged
  • Second no-show: A fee equal to 100% of the booked service value will be charged
  • Repeated no-shows: Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit, or we may decline to take future bookings

Grace Period

We will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before marking you as a no-show. If you know you are running late, please contact us immediately so we can adjust accordingly.

How No-Show Fees Are Collected

No-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file, or will be due before your next appointment can be confirmed.

How to Avoid a No-Show Charge

Simply let us know if you cannot make it. We only ask for 24 hours notice for a cancellation with no charge. Even a same-day cancellation is better than a no-show and carries a lower fee.

Medical Emergencies

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. No-show fees may be waived in verified cases of medical emergencies. Please contact us as soon as you are able to explain the situation.

Appointment Reminders

We send reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment to help you remember. If you do not receive these, please ensure your contact details are up to date.
